How has Provident been able to support your department and its members?

A few years ago, a Parkview EMS member worked a full shift and responded to around five calls. After her shift, she and her husband went to their camp for a weekend. Unfortunately, the next day at camp, the EMS member suffered a cardiac related event and passed away. Provident did as they said they would and responded to this event quickly and efficiently—they took care of the department and the family as promised.

Provident did a great job and provided more than we ever could have imagined. Their claims staff met all our needs and was fantastic to work with.  As a member of the executive committee for the department, I would like to thank Provident for the service and the compassion that they showed to all of us through this trying time.
